WOMEN & GIRLS RUGBY
At Noosa Dolphins, we’re proud to provide a welcoming and empowering environment for women and girls to get involved in rugby - whether you’re just starting out or striving to compete at the highest level.
Building on the momentum of Australian women’s rugby since that historic 2016 Olympic Gold Medal win, our club continues to champion female participation both on and off the field.
Our senior women compete in the Sunshine Coast Rugby Union 15-a-side competition, while our girls' program supports U13, U15, and U17 players in the local Youth Girls Rugby 7s competition. Players also have opportunities to participate in tournaments across Queensland throughout the year.
For those with representative ambitions, our development pathway includes selection for the Sunshine Coast Stingrays, paving the way to Queensland and national-level teams.
